Fellow PQ1 Snowmassers:
Attached are three documents:
1. a Word document with some information about the PQ1 meetings, including a DRAFT agenda.
2. A set of VGs from the Dallas meeting June 15 with good information.
3. The lastest version of the Technology meeting schedule, which is discussed in item 1.
The agenda is a DRAFT, and we are soliciting your input. Please let me have any comments as soon as convenient.
The emphasis for these meetings, I think, is to have lots of discussion with only a little speech-making by one person. Rich Callis is drafting a set of guidelines for how we plan to organize and run the afternoon
meetings, which he will send out to you soon.
Finally, a CONTEST! There is a nonsense word (correctly spelled, but clearly inappropriate for its location) somewhere in the first document. I will buy the first two people who tell me what the word is a beer or soft drink (your choice) at the meeting. You are on your honor not to use secretaries, grammar checkers, or other sneaky means of finding the word (organizers of the Snowmass meeting are not eligible). Offer void where prohibited by law.
